Dear Compatriots,<br>
<br>
The roster of 256 Confederate soldiers buried in subject cemetery has
now been set up on our Camp's web site.<br>
<br>
We feel this list of soldiers, from eleven states, may be of
interest to compatriots all over our confederation. Attached is a list
of the number by state.<br>
<br>
It will be beneficial if you print the web sites in the Confederate
Veteran. You may also wish to print the pictures from the web site for
inclusion in Army of Northern Virginia news.<br>
<br>
Robert
E. L. Krick's narrative is helpful in giving background on Ashland and
the cemetery, and in evaluating the roster. Web site address for his
informative writeup is <a href="http://longstreetscv.org/woodland.htm"
target="_blank">http://longstreetscv.org/woodland.htm</a>.<br>
<br>
That web site has a link to the roster, which web site address is<br>
