I regret to inform you all that a dear friend and Brother to the Corps and
the re-enacting family has passed from our midst this afternoon. A former
Commander of the Corps, General Jim Maupin passed away this afternoon from
a massive heart attack. No other details are known at this time but as
more details become known, including final arrangements, we will be sure
to pass the information along.</DIV>

<DIV>Jim was a fine gentleman who held the Corps in the Highest regards
and he left a legacy that we will not soon forget. He will be sorely
missed by many.</DIV>
