<p>In accordance with ARTICLE XIV, Section 1 of the Virginia Division Constitution, Camp Rosters have been frozen for Convention Voting purposes as of Wednesday, March 11, 2009. All mail received post-dated prior to that date has been processed.</p>

<p>In accordance with ARTICLE XVIII, Section 1. of the Virginia Division Constitution, any amendment that has been submitted to the Chairman of the Resolutions Committee prior to the above cutoff date, shall be dispersed to each Camp Adjutant, with a post-date no later than March 26, 2009.</p>

<p>This packet will also include your Credentials Form, Convention Roster, Convention Information and any other pertinent information.</p>
