The information below was just received and placed on the Virginia
Division Web site events page. I would encourage any camps with the
means to do so, to support this project. The Virginia Division has
placed a full page ad and made a donation as well as several other
local SCV camps. Remember, this is our heritage and a unique
opportunity to have the true history of our ancestors told and to
defend their honor as we uphold the charge. <br>

<b><font color="#996633">February 17 & 18, 2009 -</font></b></font>
Thomas DiLorenzo will be coming to the Petersburg/Colonial Heights area
and will be speaking to this area's Home School Association. Mr.
DiLorenzo will be speaking on Feb. 17 at 7:00 pm at the Covenant
Christian Fellowship Church in Colonial Heights. The charge is $5.00
per person and is open to the public (the church will seat 200 people).
On Wednesday, Feb. 18, he will have 2 sessions during the day with the
home school children and parents. The Home School Association is
raising funds for Mr. DiLorenzo's visit through donations or by
inviting SCV camps to place an ad in their program. A full page ad is
$100, 1/2 page ad is $50, and 1/4 page ad is $25. For further
