The 2008-2009 Dues Renewal Process has just ended. Any original billing

statements and matching check received by Division Treasurer Joe Wright

that are postmarked October 31 will be accepted and processed. All

other dues payments should now be sent to Division Adjutant Mike Rose

along with a Reinstatement Form which can be downloaded from the

Division Web site by clicking on the <b>JOIN SCV</b> button (a copy is

attached for your convenience). <br>

National dues are $30.00 + $5.00 Reinstatement Fee = $35.00<br>

Virginia Division dues are $10.00 + $5.00 Reinstatement Fee = $15.00<br>

Total cost to reinstate 1 member is <b>$50.00</b> (assuming they are

not life members at National or Division)<br>

I would like to thank those camps and their members who participated in

the billing system and earnestly tried to renew within the time frame

mandated by National HQ. In order to assist camp adjutants with the

billing cycle next year, we hope to schedule several seminars at

various locations so the Division Adjutant and Treasurer can give

instructions to camp adjutants to make their job a little easier and to

answer their questions. Additionally, instructions for the proper

processing of the bills next year will be included on the reverse side

of the bill and the entire bill will need to be returned which will

eliminate any confusion over which portion to submit. <br>
