[VAcourier] Division Commander's Welcome Message

[Virginia Division SCV Communication List]

A delayed Commander's Messages has been posted on the Virginia Division 
Web site as we have been busy taking care of the many requests and 
obligations related to the duties of the commander. I want to thank the 
many who have passed on greetings and congratulations for my election to 
the position and I will do my very best to fulfill the duties of the 
Virginia Division Commander.

Let's work together to make this the best Division in the Confederation. 
I look forward to seeing some of you at the 2008 Reunion in North Carolina.
