*DISCOUNTED REGISTRATION FEE ENDS ON REGISTRATIONS POSTMARKED AFTER
MONDAY, MARCH 31ST*
Attached, please find a revised schedule for the 49^th Annual SCV
Virginia Division Convention. Due to lack of participation, the MOC
Ball has been canceled, along with the ladies day tours during the
convention. In addition, for the convenience of the membership, the
Commander's Reception has been moved from the MOC to the Richmond
Sheraton West, our Convention hotel. Please notice the pricing change
which reflects this change in venue.
For Saturday evening, we are delighted to offer the Division's first
*_Heritage Defense Dinner_*, featuring our own Darryl F. Starnes, SCV
National Chief of Heritage Defense, as our speaker.
We are pleased to extend the *_discounted registration fee of $40 (which
includes lunch on Saturday) to Monday, March 31^st _*. Likewise, the
Sheraton has kindly offered to *_extend our reduced rate of $109 per
night through April 4^th _*. Therefore, please send your registration
reply in as soon as possible to take advantage of these reduced rates.
Each registration received to-date will be reviewed to determine if
member's are due a partial refund for the Commander's reception or
previously paid late fees. If you would like to add attendance at
additional events to your current registration, please feel free to send
in another registration form with the additional items and write on the
form: "Addition to Previous Registration".
