[VAcourier] 2008 Proposed Amendments

[Virginia Division SCV Communication List]

The following 2 proposed amendments and 1 resolution have been received 
prior to the February 19 cutoff date by the Resolutions Committee and 
will be reviewed, followed by a vote at the upcoming 2008 Virginia 
Division Convention which will be held at the Sheraton West in Richmond. 
The vote on these 2 amendments and 1 resolution will be taken on 
Saturday, April 5, 2008.
