Any proposed amendments to the Virginia Division Constitution should be
sent to Parliamentarian Jesse R. Binnall, 820 Belmont Bay Drive #506,
Woodbridge, VA 22191 with a duplicate copy to Past Division Commander
Brandon Dorsey (Resolutions Committee Co-Chairman), 95 Boundary Line
Lane, Lexington, VA 24450. The proposed amendment(s) must be received
prior to the 19th of February to be considered at the Virginia Division
Convention.
