Gentlemen,

We understand that several Division Dues mailings have been misplaced by 
members and/or eaten by the family dog. Attached is a PDF file that you 
can print, fill out, sign, and return with your check to Adj. Mike Rose 
at the address listed below:

Virginia Division
P.O. Box 9043
Virginia Beach, VA  23450-9043

A personal signature is required on each form and must match the 
accompanying check. The dues cycle ends October 31. Please ensure that 
your payment is mailed in a timely fashion to allow the Division 
Adjutant to forward your payment to National Headquarters so that it is 
received at National by November 1 in order to avoid any late fees.
