[VAcourier] slavery apology

While the SCV is not taking an official position on the slave resolution, I
see no reason why people cannot express themselves privately on this matter
and the courageous stand of Delegate Frank Hargrove. For everyone's
information, I have compiled a few key phone numbers. These are the key
decision makers in the House and Senate.

These are the key members of the General Assembly. Your local representative
needs a phone call which is infinitely better than an email. The passage of
this resolution in my opinion could lead eventually to reparation payments
by all taxpayers and will make it much harder for the SCV to get things
passed like Confederate History Month.
