Sons of Confederate Veterans opposes moving museum to Lexington

A battle is brewing among those who treasure Virginia's Museum of the 
Confederacy.  Virginia's Sons of Confederate Veterans today accused 
museum officials of leading the organization into a near crisis situation.

Not as many people are going to the Richmond museum, the numbers have 
gone way down in the past few years.

After several studies the Board of Trustees decided to move the museum. 
Lexington has been discussed as a possibility, a place the S-C-V 
Virginia Commander believes is a horrible idea.

The SCV wants to keep the museum in Richmond, the Confederate Capitol.
