[Virginia Division SCV Communication List]

As you are aware, the Virginia Division Per Capita Assessments were mailed
Friday, August 17, 2007.



Each member should have/will receive a packet with a bill and a return
envelope. Please fill out the returnable portion of the statement, place it
in the return envelope with your check and mail it back to the preprinted
address.



*Please be sure to include the Division generated ORIGINAL billing statement
as this is the only manner that dues renewals will be accepted by the
Division Adjutant.* *Otherwise your check will be returned.*



Also, there has been some concern from members that have already remitted
their dues to their Camp Adjutant. In this case, please forward your *
ORIGINAL* billing statement to the Camp Adjutant so that it can be included
with the check that he sends to the Division. Again, dues without the *
ORIGINAL* billing statement will be returned.



The dues cycle ends October 31. Please ensure that your payment is mailed in
a timely fashion to allow the Division Adjutant to forward your payment to
National Headquarters so that it is received at National by November 1 in
order to avoid any late fees.



**Adjutants** – Please note that the process for reinstatements and/or new
memberships has not changed! These items should be submitted directly to the
Division Adjutant at the address listed below:
